Conversion Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage complex customer data conversions to the Bloomerang CRM, maintaining strict data integrity throughout the entire process.
• Execute assigned conversions independently using established templates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
• Adapt conversion methodologies to handle unique edge cases and document any process nuances or data mapping challenges encountered.

Technical Execution:

• Utilize strong proficiency in C# to script and automate conversion tasks, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
• Employ Excel extensively for data analysis and manipulation, ensuring data quality and system integrity are protected.
• Apply SQL, MySQL, or similar query languages to manage and transform data as part of the conversion workflow.

Collaboration and Growth:

• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to resolve complex conversion cases and foster a culture of trust and constructive problem-solving.
• Suggest and implement small process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency, throughput, and overall task flow.
• Actively explore and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support the company's mission.
