Senior Manager of Internal Communications & Employer Brand

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Internal Communications & Employer Brand to connect our people to our mission and strengthen our reputation in the market. You’ll partner directly with our co-founders and leadership team to shape executive communications, guide employees through change, build an employer brand that attracts top talent, set the vision for internal comms, deliver high-impact storytelling, and ensure consistent messaging across every channel. You'll lead internal and external executive communications, design and execute a strategy that links employees to our mission, reinforce culture, and keep a distributed workforce connected and engaged. You'll develop and own our employer brand strategy to attract world-class talent, and reinforce our culture through compelling storytelling.
