Own motion design as a discipline across the European region, shaping strategy and standards while remaining hands-on.
Serve as the final expert voice on all motion decisions, from concept through final cut, with a YouTube-first focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, animate, and edit motion graphics for upper- and mid-funnel campaigns adapted for YouTube and Meta.
Juggle multiple high-volume projects simultaneously against tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Identify testing opportunities and use performance data to inform creative decisions.

What We're Looking For:

5-7+ years of hands-on motion design and video editing experience with a strong reel.
Expert-level proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, and AI-assisted animation tools.
Native or fluent German skills and strong understanding of the German-speaking market.
