- Possess 3–6 years of experience in backend or frontend development with a basic understanding of relevant technologies.
- Demonstrate familiarity with API development and integration, TDD concepts, and Git workflows.
- Show strong problem-solving and debugging skills, understanding of SDLC, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
