Managing Consultant - Retail Banking

This role focuses on our quantitative benchmarking products, helping clients understand how they compare to their peers across a wide range of Key Performance Indicators. We work with Financial Services organizations across the UK, evaluating performance and advising senior management on strategy. With exclusive access to uncensored data from the UK’s largest retail banks and insurers, we provide insights and advice that no other consultancy can. As a Manager, you’ll take ownership of at least one benchmark, working with high-profile brands to gather accurate data, analyze results, and deliver clear strategic insights. You’ll develop strong connections with banking clients and deliver impactful insights and advice to stakeholders. Analyze trends using our unique datasets, identify key drivers, and craft actionable recommendations tailored to client needs. Present findings to clients, often including senior industry leaders, either in person or remotely.
