Job Description
Work within Hubla's Content Consumption team, responsible for the entire experience of courses, mentoring and video lessons within our platform. Here, engineers, design and even the CEO collaborate from end to end in the definition and execution of the product strategy. There are challenges to scale the platform to support the rapid growth of users and increased access volume, and implement new long-term features already defined in the roadmap, ensuring flexibility and resilience. The team maintains high service quality with a focus on performance, reliability and user experience. Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable systems based on event-driven architecture. Analyze usage and engagement data to propose and prioritize new features and lead technically critical initiatives, serving as a reference for other team members. Ensure clean code, automated tests and efficient CI/CD processes.
