Job Description
Seeking a Senior UX writer (contractor, remote) to craft how travelers experience KAYAK through language. You'll primarily work with the Product Marketing & UX teams, crafting and optimizing product copy across web, app, and email. Focus areas include features like Trips, Explore, Flex Dates, and Price Alerts. The role involves supporting onboarding and education flows with tooltips, modals, and walkthrough copy. You will partner with product marketing and UX research to explore new ways of conveying information. Collaborate across teams, making sure our messaging travels well. You might work on onboarding messages for the KAYAK Trips feature, rewriting the Explore or Flex Dates copy, evaluating user benefits for products, and helping build a scalable messaging library.
