Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping modern backend services or distributed systems at scale in fast-paced production environments.
- Advanced proficiency in backend programming languages like GoLang, Java, or Scala, with hands-on experience in gRPC and RESTful API development.
- Solid understanding of performance optimization and backend security best practices for handling sensitive data, coupled with proven ability to collaborate across teams.
