Job Description

The Internal Communications Manager will drive communication programs that keep the Mozilla employee community informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s strategy and goals. Working closely with company execs, senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will support the development, refinement and execution of communication strategies that strengthen Mozilla’s internal culture during a period of significant change. Key responsibilities include communications leadership, executive communications, program management, change management, cross functional collaboration, communication calendar maintenance, and continuous improvement. Experience managing communications during significant organizational change is a plus.
