Job Description
As a Legal Intern in the Commercial team, you will play a key role in supporting the operational teams by addressing their legal needs. Your responsibilities will include: Managing IP protection and infringement issues, including trademark registrations, takedown requests, and pre-litigation or litigation cases in France and abroad. Contributing actively to the company’s strategy to strengthen the protection of its games and apps in an evolving legal environment. Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements for publishing, marketing, and gaming teams. This includes publishing contracts, user acquisition and monetization agreements, service contracts, and partnership deals.
