Manager I, Preconstruction

Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring a smooth transition from preconstruction to operations. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular reports to leadership. You'll need strong knowledge of the construction industry, project management, and legal documents. Manage preconstruction activities, working with Legal, Commercial, and Estimating teams. Assist with subcontract and supplier negotiations, contract creation, and compliance requirements. Develop and maintain preconstruction documents, facilitating project kickoff meetings and execution plans. Identify potential profit increases and contribute to the Risk/Opportunity Register. Travel for project preplanning coordination as necessary. Track implementation of Project Delivery Playbook actions items and initiate communication with local municipalities regarding requirements and permitting. Other duties as assigned.
