Medical Writing Operations Associate

The Medical Writing Operations Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks:

-Defining scope of formatting, reporting, or Clinical Study Reports with the document author.

-Coordinating and tracking activities and perform detailed quality reviews.

-Import and route documents in the regulatory information management systems.

They are charged with ensuring quality and consistency:

-Ensuring document formats and styles are consistent with the clinical and regulatory templates.

-Ensuring document properties and naming conventions are used

-Maintaining strong knowledge of RIMS styles and formatting standards.

They will also contribute to business process improvement:

-Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of medical writing operations business processes.

-Acting as subject matter expert for the master file system.

-Effectively communicating deliverables to stakeholders.
