How We'll Measure Success:

Volume and turnaround time on ad creative requests.
Asset performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS) in partnership with growth teams.
QA accuracy with low error and revision rate on shipped ads.

Skills & Qualifications:

1–2 years of design and video editing experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Comfort with CapCut, ElevenLabs, and other fast-turn social content tools.
A production mindset favoring iteration over perfection and strong organizational skills.
