This role involves crafting and managing compelling content, including case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, blog posts, social media, and video scripts. The Digital Marketing Manager will own paid and organic growth strategies across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and beyond; experiment, optimize, and scale campaigns that fuel pipeline and hit acquisition goals; identify, engage, and co-market with ecosystem partners (software providers, resellers, industry experts, and trade associations) to broaden reach and increase campaign impact. Tractable is looking for someone with the ability to turn product value and customer outcomes into compelling content, someone with a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset and fresh thinking to drive impact in an industry built on expertise and relationships and comfortable wearing multiple hats, pivoting quickly, and building with full autonomy.
