Webinar Program Manager

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Webinar Program Manager to lead and evolve our client's webinar program. This fully remote contractor role sits within the client's Campaign Management team and will serve as the primary driver of operational excellence, platform expertise, and program effectiveness for webinars. In addition, this individual will contribute to improving broader campaign processes and enablement. You will play a pivotal role in promoting the client’s thought leadership by delivering educational and engaging virtual experiences that align with marketing, sales, and customer engagement goals. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end planning, oversight, and measurement of webinars across platforms like ON24 and Zoom Webinars. The role also involves collaboration with Campaign Managers, speaker coordination, and post-event reporting & optimization.
