Job Description

As a Senior Community Manager at thatgamecompany, you will play a crucial role in nurturing the vibrant community of Sky: Children of the Light. You'll be the voice of the community within live operations, providing actionable insights on sentiment and emerging trends to guide development decisions. Partnering with development teams, you'll surface critical feedback and ensure community perspectives are represented in planning and updates. Develop and execute community engagement programs across Discord, Steam, and other platforms, fostering connections and driving long-term engagement. Create initiatives that celebrate player stories and promote an inclusive community culture. You will manage structured beta feedback programs, translating community feedback into actionable insights for the development team. Collaborate across production, development, and marketing groups to ensure transparent communication. Support patch notes and live events with messaging that reflects Sky’s warmth and authenticity. The role requires 5+ years of community management experience in the video game industry, familiarity with Discord and Steam, and exceptional communication skills.
