Remote CT Technologist

Essential Functions:

• Competent in performing all general and advanced level imaging procedures.
• Assists onsite positioning technologist(s) on how to obtain pertinent patient history.
• Oversees protocol selection, coverage, contrast bolus, and all other aspects of exam for assigned trainees.

Other Duties:

• Performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.
• Performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation.
• Operates equipment safely and maintains standards while performing all types of procedures, protocols, QA guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certification by appropriate Radiology/Medical Imaging body through American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(CT).
• A valid and active radiologic technologist license in assigned state(s).
• Five (5) year experience in Computed Tomography and working knowledge of multiple system vendors.
