Job Description
As a member of the Customer Outcomes team, you will drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction and help customers grow their business on the ServiceNow platform. You will act as a technical expert in best practices for Security Operations by configuring Security Operation Service Delivery using ServiceNow. You will lead customer workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Security Operation Solution technology, complete documentation, and draft user stories. In addition, you will lead technical aspects of project and solution delivery, develop integration components, prepare customer-facing deliverables, and provide training and mentoring to other team members and the partner ecosystem.
