Job Description
Splash is looking for a Roblox Developer to join their team on a contract basis to help build and grow their games on Roblox. They will be working closely with the Lead Game Designer and a team of developers and artists to develop and ship new immersive game content and features. The candidate will need to understand consumer needs, work closely with the Lead Game Designer to ideate, design and plan new game content and features based on player feedback and data, collaborate with other developers and designers to bring gameplay to life, and review and balance game economies. This is a remote-first role.
