Marketing Specialist

Content Production:

• Manage the content and editorial calendar; keep projects moving from draft to publish.
• Write and edit blog posts, email copy, social posts, and patient/provider education materials.
• Support video and testimonial content: scheduling, consent, and repurposing.

Email & Lifecycle Marketing:

• Build and deploy email campaigns and lifecycle programs in HubSpot.
• Manage templates, lists, segmentation, workflows, landing pages, and forms.
• Handle setup, testing, QA, and scheduling.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Pull and maintain campaign and channel reports.
• Work with Director to flag trends and performance issues.
• Use AI tools to speed up research and production.

Events Support:

• Support conferences, trade shows, webinars, and partner events.
• Handle logistics, collateral, booth materials, and registration.
• Manage post-event follow-up and lead capture.
