You will be doing member insights, generate insights on retention, churn, member success and lifetime value, exploring patterns and identifying opportunities to improve the member journey. You will translate opportunities insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence decisions and drive measurable growth across the business. Evaluate requests and opportunities across squads and stakeholders, prioritising work that has the greatest strategic impact for the business and our members. Another duty listed is technical ownership, support the implementation of new features by translating product and engineering requirements into accurate data capture and clear measurement of impact.
