About the Role:
- You will own the strategic vision for ServiceNow's social and content program across all platforms.
- You will partner with creative teams, product marketing, and community managers to bring that strategy to life.
- You will report to the Director of Social Media with accountability for building brand awareness and credibility.
What You'll Do:
- Define the strategic vision for ServiceNow across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, and emerging channels.
- Develop integrated content strategies and always-on programming architectures.
- Cultivate and activate community to drive buzz and strengthen brand perception.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in social and content strategy with a track record of building differentiated strategies.
- Deep platform fluency across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Proven strategic leadership and data literacy with analytical rigor.
