State Policy Associate

The State Policy Associate will work with the Associate Director of State Policy, the Manager of State Legislative Affairs and the Government Relations policy team to monitor, analyze, and produce written materials related to state reproductive freedom policy actions, including legislation, executive and agency actions, and relevant litigation. They will have the opportunity to serve as the Government Relations point person for specific regions and work cross-departmentally to advance proactive policy and defend against anti-abortion attacks at the state level, as well as support electoral work including research on state-level elected officials. The associate will also conduct electoral research on state level elected officials and candidates; review external-facing, cross-department materials for policy accuracy; help craft publications identifying trends in state legislative policy; represent Reproductive Freedom for All with coalitions, legislators, and other partners; attend in-person events; and support electoral work in collaboration with the political department.
