VP Private Equity- M&A Portfolio Value Creation

As the Vice President of Private Equity, reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full M&A lifecycle—from diligence through integration—and spearhead value-creation initiatives across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities that align with CSC Generation's sector focus and long-term objectives. You will collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine the M&A strategy, lead the end-to-end M&A process, and negotiate LOIs, purchase agreements, and financing structures. Additionally, the role involves leading post-acquisition operational integration, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
