About the Role:
- We are seeking a Lead Security Engineer with 8+ years of experience to secure HighLevel's products and AI-powered capabilities.
- You will build and scale Application Security practices while driving security initiatives for AI-enabled products.
- This is a hands-on leadership role requiring close collaboration with Engineering, Product, and AI teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proliferate security standards and conduct secure design assessments and threat modeling.
- Perform security assessments for Web, Mobile, and API applications and define secure SDLC practices.
- Develop security guardrails for AI systems including protections against prompt injection and data leakage.
What You'll Bring:
- Deep expertise in Application Security with 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.
- Proven experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, and container security (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Specialized expertise in AI/LLM security with mitigation techniques for emerging AI attack vectors.
