Data Analyst I

Lumos is seeking a motivated and analytical professional to join their team as a Data Analyst I. The role involves assisting in the process of data modeling and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven, business-oriented mindset in data analytics, including mining, cleansing, and visualization to transform data into goal-oriented reports that drive innovation and growth. In conjunction with business analysts and product owners, the Data Analyst will work closely with leaders across care, marketing, product, sales, engineering and IT to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. The essential functions of the job include supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization, generating reports from single or multiple systems and sources, updating and enhancing existing reporting, and troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports. The role also requires evaluating changes and updates to source production systems, anticipating future demands, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring data accuracy. The position requires a college degree and 2-3 years’ experience with large datasets and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Einstein Analytics, as well as experience writing or updating SQL scripts for data extraction and analysis.
