Foreclosure Specialist

This role requires a dedicated, detail-oriented team member with a passion for supporting homeowners and experience with default servicing. As a member of the Investment Support team, you will play a critical role in the servicing of investments. The Default Servicing Specialists ensure the investment portfolio is monitored properly for default events and that all default events are executed with timeliness, expert accuracy, and precision. Responsibilities include reviewing incoming legal documents, accurately entering data, completing default tasks within set timeframes, and complying with all state and federal guidelines. You will also partner with the Legal team on adverse events when necessary.
