Take ownership of the most complex cases, including pension consolidation, drawdown, and multiple pots, preparing advice before it reaches the customer.
Ensure engine-generated suitability reports are accurate, complete, clear on objectives, recommendations, risks, costs, and rationale.
Run pre-meeting case reviews with Advisors and support QA reviews of engine-generated plans.

Standards, Templates, and Tooling:

Develop and maintain suitability report templates and wording, ensuring disclosures are generated in line with House Rules.
Own the day-to-day quality of suitability reports, feeding back on evolving standards based on real cases.
Collaborate with the Head of Proposition and product teams on workflow improvements and evidence capture.

Team Leadership and Service:

Coach less experienced Paraplanners through case studies, feedback, and support for qualifications.
Triage work into the team, balancing case complexity against SLAs and capacity.
Act as the technical voice for Money Guides and Financial Advisers, contributing to advice policy and risk control.
