Job Description
Support research and analytics from ideation → programming → insight → client-ready presentation. Design and execute empirical research on Medicare & Medicaid topics (from methodology to code to client-ready presentations). Build, QC, and automate datasets and models; turn results into clear stories for clients and internal stakeholders. Prototype creative solutions to technical problems (data linkage, feature engineering, performance, reproducibility). Translate complex analyses into clear narratives and executive-ready exhibits (PowerPoint/Excel), present to client leadership. Collaborate across ATI teams to align methods and deliver high levels of efficiency and ownership. Lead client-facing analytics and set technical direction. Review code, establish standards, mentor other team members, and foster a high quality, high support culture.
