Support research and analytics from ideation to programming to insight to client-ready presentation. Main responsibilities include designing and executing research on Medicare & Medicaid topics, building and automating datasets and models, and translating complex analyses into clear narratives for clients. You'll collaborate across teams to align methods and deliver high levels of efficiency and ownership.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of policy, strategy, and client delivery and who is motivated by the opportunity to influence how the health system serves people with complex needs. Responsibilities include driving high-quality project work for state Medicaid agencies, conducting Medicaid policy research, analyzing legislation and policies, and leading multiple complex projects.

This role will focus on ATI’s work with state Medicaid agencies, foundations, and other clients to develop and implement innovative solutions across Medicaid delivery systems. They are seeking someone with consulting experience and a strong foundation in Medicaid policy fundamentals and real-world project work involving initiatives like Section 1115 demonstrations, 1915 waivers, managed care, payment and reimbursement models, and other Medicaid operations.
