Job Description
Monitor ticketing queue and complete assigned service requests, tasks, and incidents. Monitor and respond to security alerts and events to identify potential security incidents. Establish operational proficiency in multiple security systems. Assist in the investigation and analysis of security events to determine root cause and impact. Support incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for remediation activities. Collaborate with various internal teams to support operations and company tasks, goals, and projects. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
