Key Accountabilities:
- Lead coordination between engineering teams and clients.
- Drive alignment of client inputs with budget targets.
- Generate and own initial schedule for the project.
Experience Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience in construction management or design management.
- 5+ years’ experience with data center projects’ design/construction.
- Experience with electrical engineering systems.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven ability to build and lead complex technical design discussions.
- Strong stakeholder alignment skills and driving consensus.
- Solid understanding of data center development workflows.
