Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale multiple cross-functional engineering teams through Team Leads and Engineering Managers.
- Own delivery, quality, and technical outcomes across your area, including cross-team initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Trading, and Senior Engineering leadership to shape the roadmap.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience with strong backend background, ideally Ruby.
- At least 3 years as an Engineering Manager, including managing Team Leads or Engineering Managers.
- Proven experience leading an engineering organization of at least 20 engineers and planning headcount.
