Clinical Program Specialist

As a Clinical Program Specialist for Spring Health, you will assist in coordinating the logistics for training and programming, deliver benefits overviews, ensure quality member experience, assist in data collection and analysis, and assist with meeting with customers to develop training and programming events. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Senior Clinical Program Manager. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel required (generally 2-3 times per year) for team meetings. You will be assisting to coordinate logistics such as creating virtual events platforms, finding clinical providers, ensuring materials are prepared, tracking reporting and evaluation metrics, delivering benefits overviews to customers during live events, producing clinical training and events, communicate and plan events with customers, internal stakeholders and members, and ensure we are measuring training and program effectiveness.
