This role sits at the intersection of talent partnerships, brand marketing, and creative strategy. You’ll spot emerging creators and cultural moments before they peak, craft ideas and launch campaigns that connect our brand to them authentically, and measure the impact of these partnerships on the business. You’ll turn partnerships into brand equity and help Tilt show up in culture in a way that feels soulful, intelligent, and unwavering. Responsibilities include talent management, insights-based ideation, direct-response ad creative, campaign measurement, and project management.
