Manage topics, triggers, variables, routing, and fallback handling for robust agent behavior.

Technical Skills:

Strong experience with Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding.
Integrate with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, Azure AI Search, and OpenAI models.

Additional Expertise:

Implement citation, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual support, and prompt design.
Knowledge of Power Platform ALM, Azure security, and environment management is a plus.

Process:

Work in DEV/UAT/PROD deployment cycles with proper testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the hiring process using AI tools.
