Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Pharmaceutical advertising, who has experience with Veeva PromoMats and leading SEO projects. The ideal candidate will excel in leading cross-functional and cross-agency teams, driving complex initiatives to completion, and is comfortable in a high-growth environment. Responsibilities include developing and managing SEO project plans, coordinating with partner agencies, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. The role involves coordinating resources, identifying risks, and enforcing project management processes. Communication of project status to stakeholders and driving continuous improvement are also key aspects. The qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in SEO, with 2+ years in project management. Experience with Veeva PromoMats and digital advertising campaigns is highly valued. Proficiency in project management tools like Asana and experience with Agile are required. PMP certification is a plus.
