Site Supervisor

Guidance & Personnel Management:

• Provide clear leadership to on-site teams, communicating schedules and protocols.
• Supervise personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is on time and within budget.
• Monitor performance and escalate issues to maintain high quality standards.

Operational & Service Oversight:

• Collaborate with the Account Manager to develop work plans and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, manage change requests, and follow up on deviations.
• Ensure on-site activities conform to contractual and budgetary requirements.

Compliance & Collaboration:

• Ensure strict adherence to QHSE standards, internal policies, and regulations.
• Review and ensure risk assessments and method statements are up-to-date.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external parties.
