Job Description
This role is ideal for an experienced engineer to lead the design and development of innovative medical devices and improvements to existing products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including quality, regulatory, and production to ensure projects meet technical and clinical requirements. The position emphasizes problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions. You will contribute to all phases of product development, from concept to validation, and have the opportunity to influence design strategies and process improvements.
You will lead project workstreams for new device development and design improvements with minimal supervision. Apply engineering problem-solving techniques and data analysis to resolve challenges during product development. Write and maintain protocols, reports, SOPs, and other technical documents according to Good Documentation Practices and ISO standards. Design, develop, and validate test methods to meet design requirements.
