Junior–Middle Data Analyst

Ruby Labs is seeking a Junior–Middle Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, the Data Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The analyst will control and monitor marketing and product metrics using tools like Mixpanel and Tableau, and collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to maintain high-quality event tracking. The role involves setting up and managing tracking systems across various platforms, ensuring accurate attribution, and identifying trends and patterns in data. The candidate should have a degree in an analytical field, a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with SQL, BI tools, and familiarity with server-side tracking are also required.
