Job Description
In this role, you will support two large engineering organizations by managing end-to-end headcount processes, driving data accuracy, and delivering insights that inform workforce planning and operational decisions. You will work closely with senior leaders to maintain clean organizational structures, partner on hiring-related initiatives, and build/maintain reporting dashboards that support business operations at scale. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities include headcount management, performing detailed data analysis using Excel and Power BI, supporting hiring process quality, executing ad hoc operational projects, and cross-functional collaboration. Required qualifications include 2–4 years of experience in business operations or data-driven roles, a bachelor’s degree in an analytical field, hands-on experience with headcount management and data analysis, and strong communication skills.
