Platform Architect

Architecture Vision:

• Define architectural patterns and shared foundations across front end, back end, data pipelines, and AI agent layers.
• Ensure layers evolve together rather than diverge, enabling faster and safer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work hands-on alongside front-end and back-end teams, contributing code, reviews, and design leadership.
• Drive distributed systems and event-driven design with reliability, observability, and security as first-class concerns.
• Partner with data engineers and actuaries to align data pipeline architecture with analytics and decision-support layers.

Requirements:

• 10+ years building and shipping production software with a full-stack range.
• Deep foundation in back-end development plus enough front-end depth to lead and contribute.
• Strong distributed systems and event-driven architecture experience (e.g., Kafka).
