We are looking for a talented individual to join the Core Data Science team at LaunchDarkly – a small but mighty team responsible for core methodology within our product line. Many of the products at LaunchDarkly are inherently statistical – experimentation and release guardian especially. The value of these products is fundamentally tied to their statistical characteristics. Therefore, the work of the Core DS team is critical to ensuring that our users get the most out of these features. Responsibilities include: Ensuring the statistical rigor and validity of our products Developing new techniques to bring value to our users Advocating for technically-sophisticated personas in our product development process Raising the bar for data-driven decision making within our products
