VP, Assistant Corporate Secretary

You can expect to have a crucial responsibility in leading the legal and governance framework for TaskUs. Your priority is to advise the leadership team and Board of Directors on corporate governance, SEC reporting, and shareholder matters. Working closely with senior management and internal teams to manage legal entities, execute M&A activities, and ensure compliance with all securities and corporate regulations. You will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically in support of the Company, providing business-focused advice with respect to our key initiatives, including filings with the SEC, mergers, acquisitions, financing agreements, expansion strategy, corporate development and corporate governance efforts.
