Senior Software Engineer

What you’ll do:

• Work with a small, nimble team responsible for discovering and sharing new ways to rapidly build and release software.
• Actively participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions, sharing knowledge, championing best practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes.
• Leverage modern AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and raise the overall impact of the team.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of professional backend or full stack software development experience with deep expertise in Python and/or Node
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and delivering comprehensive end-to-end solutions in a cloud environment (preferably AWS)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; is a team player with a positive attitude who can also work independently as needed
