Role Purpose:

  • Act as a trusted testing lead for clients and internal stakeholders across managed services and project delivery.
  • Own test organization, tooling, infrastructure, and data strategy to ensure delivery quality and commercial effectiveness.
  • Support pre-sales activity, proposal development, and marketing to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities - Leadership and Delivery:

  • Define and implement test strategies, processes, and approaches across varied delivery models and workstreams.
  • Provide delivery assurance, support quality reviews, and operate at both strategic planning and detailed execution levels.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor consultants to promote consistent quality standards and best practices within the Quality Management practice.
