RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct the end-to-end design process from concept through "Issued for Construction" documents.
- Lead the integration between Civil, Structural, Architectural), MEP, ICT, and Security disciplines.
- Assist in the technical review of long-lead equipment submittals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Need 15+ years of professional experience in engineering design and construction oversight.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred or required.
PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with construction software is a plus (Procore, CxAlloy, or Bluebeam).
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks.
