Program Manager

PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Program Manager, oversee delivering IT solutions to users within our Department of Veterans Affairs client to ensure products meet the high quality standards of both PingWind and our customers. This role involves leading strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, providing expert guidance, and driving organizational change. Responsibilities include leading the development and execution of program and product delivery, and overseeing the design, implementation, and management of a complex program. Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams in all phases of product and service development. Engage with senior leadership to align goals with organizational objectives and serve as the primary advisor to executive leadership. Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, advocacy groups, and vendors. Mentor and guide junior staff members and other stakeholders.
