Remote Medical Assistant- Enrollment Specialist

We're seeking personable and motivated Medical Assistants to join the team as Enrollment Specialists. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for patients, introducing them to Medsien’s programs, guiding them through enrollment, and helping them understand the benefits of ongoing care. You will also conduct proactive outbound calls daily to patients, engage and educate patients on the value of chronic care, guide patients step-by-step through the enrollment process, and document patient interactions.
