We are seeking a Data and BI Analyst to join the Stone Partner Program's management team, playing a fundamental role in supporting the business area. This professional will be responsible for building tools and analyses to improve performance and streamline our program's routines. Your role will be strategic in driving the company's results through tools and analyses that deliver strategic value to our business. Main responsibilities include providing business intelligence, mapping needs, defining KPIs, translating challenges into analytical solutions, structuring report processes, and developing automated dashboards. We expect you to have experience with indicator management and commercial productivity, proficiency in Excel and BI tools, experience with relational databases, and strong business acumen. Experience with cloud databases and fluency in SQL, Python, or R are considered differentials.
